These terms cover the use of stratgik.com and the free tools published on it. Work we do for a client is governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement, not by this page.

Using this site
You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything published here. In return, please do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.
The free tools
The calculators and assessments on this site are estimating tools. They publish their model in full precisely so you can judge how much weight to put on the output. They produce a planning range, not a quote, not a valuation and not professional advice. Several of them will tell you that automation is not worth it for your situation; that is the point of them.
Do not make an irreversible commercial decision on the strength of a number this site produced in four seconds. Use it to frame a conversation. We will happily have that conversation.
Content and accuracy
We write what we believe to be true at the time of publishing, and we correct things when we get them wrong. Technology moves; a post from last year may describe a landscape that has changed. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice.
Case studies
The projects described on this site are real. Architecture diagrams are drawn as reference architectures — they show the shape of the system and the decisions behind it, generalised, without exposing a client's internal implementation. Where a figure is given, it comes from the engagement. Where we cannot substantiate a number, we do not publish one.
Intellectual property
The text, design, diagrams, code and tool models on this site belong to Stratgik unless stated otherwise. You may quote us with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts of the site as your own, or rebuild the tools from our published models and present them as yours.
Product and company names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe what a system connects to, not to imply endorsement.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we are pointing at something we found useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they do.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and will say so when it is down for maintenance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of a free marketing website.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or of the free tools — including decisions taken on the basis of an estimate they produced. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you engage us for work, the agreement for that engagement may specify a different jurisdiction, and that agreement takes precedence.
