Partners
You Keep the Client. We Do the Engineering.
Technology strategy, custom software, AI and workflow automation, system integrations, and managed applications and cloud. We deliver the parts you would otherwise have to hire for, under your name or ours, without touching the relationship you have spent years building.
Why an agency would bring in an engineering partner
Because the requests have changed shape. A client who wanted a storefront now wants it connected to an ERP, answering “where is my order?” on its own, with someone owning production afterwards. A client who wanted a redesign now needs a decision about whether to replace the system behind it. Those are engineering and architecture jobs, and hiring for them permanently is a bet on demand you cannot yet see. Partnering lets you say yes this quarter and decide about hiring next year.
Capabilities
What you can hand over
Five areas. Most partnerships start with one and widen once the first delivery has gone well.
Technology strategy
Architecture reviews, build vs buy, modernization plans and platform selection — including the times the recommendation is to buy something and stop.
Custom software engineering
Portals, CRM and ERP workflows, ecommerce platforms, operational systems and the applications a client has outgrown a product for.
AI & workflow automation
Customer support, voice, operations and sales automation connected to the systems the client already runs.
System integrations
Making existing systems exchange data reliably, including what happens when one of them is unavailable.
Managed applications & cloud
Someone owning production after go-live: monitoring, patching, backups, releases and incident response.
Delivery model is separate from capability: any of these can run as referral, white-label or joint delivery.
How it works
Three ways to work together
Pick the one that matches how much of the relationship you want to hold. None of them require exclusivity.
Referral
You spot the opportunity and introduce us. We scope, build and support it directly with the client. You stay informed and are paid a referral fee on work that closes.
Lightest option. Right when automation is not a direction you want to take the agency.
White-label
We build under your brand. Your account manager runs the relationship, we sit behind them on architecture and delivery, and the client sees your team. We will join calls as your engineers when that helps.
Right when automation should look like a capability you have.
Joint delivery
Both names on the engagement. You own the platform work you already do well; we own the AI, the integrations and the guardrails. Scope is split explicitly so nobody is guessing who owns a defect.
Right for larger programmes where the client wants to see both specialisms.
Commercial terms — referral fees, white-label rates, revenue share — are agreed per partnership rather than published, because they depend on who carries which cost. Ask and we will send the actual numbers.
Fit
Where this works best
Ecommerce agencies
Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and BigCommerce builds. Your clients drown in order-status, returns and refund enquiries. That is the highest-volume, most automatable workload in retail, and it connects to platforms you already have credentials for.
CRM and ERP consultancies
You have already mapped the client's data model, which is the expensive part of any automation project. Lead follow-up, quote chasing and record hygiene sit directly on top of it.
Managed service providers
You hold the infrastructure relationship and the client trusts you with access. Support-desk deflection and back-office automation are natural extensions of what you already run.
Contact-centre consultants
You know the queue economics, the staffing model and where handle time actually goes. We build the voice and deflection layer to match the operating model you design.
Cloud and data consultancies
You have the pipelines and the warehouse. The gap is usually the action layer — something that reads the data and does the work rather than reporting it.
Sector specialists
Travel, hospitality, logistics, professional services. Deep domain knowledge plus automation engineering beats a generalist AI vendor on nearly every deal.
Commitments
What we will and will not do
A partnership only works if the agency is not worried about the partner. So this is written as commitments rather than sentiment.
We will not approach your client directly
Not during the engagement, not after it. Introductions come through you unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
We will not compete for the work that is yours
Brand, design, content and paid media are not what we sell, and we will not quote against you for them. Engineering is the business; the client relationship is yours.
We will tell you when the answer is no
Some workflows should not be automated, and some clients are not ready. You will hear that from us before it becomes your problem in front of the client.
Credentials stay in the client's name
Everything we build runs on accounts the client owns. If the partnership ends, nothing is hostage.
Getting started
How a partnership actually begins
A live opportunity
Not a framework agreement. Bring one client conversation where automation has come up and we will work that one together.
Joint scoping
We join your call or work from your notes, and write the technical scope. Free, and yours whether or not the work proceeds.
A pilot
One workflow, fixed scope, measurable. Small enough that the client can say yes without a committee.
Then decide
If it worked, we talk about the model that suits you. Choosing a partnership structure before you have delivered anything together is a way of avoiding the real question.
Questions partners ask
Before you get in touch
No, and it is worth saying why beyond the promise. Our business is engineering delivery across many agencies' clients. Taking one relationship would end the channel that produces the rest. The commercial incentive and the commitment point the same way.
Yes. Under white-label we work as your engineers, use your templates, and join client calls in your name. Whether the client knows there is a partner is your call.
We will say so. We cover technology strategy, custom software, AI and workflow automation, system integrations, and managed applications and cloud. We do not do brand, design systems, content or paid media, and we will not pretend otherwise to hold a project.
Scoping usually within a week. A first pilot typically runs four to eight weeks depending on how many systems it has to reach and how quickly credentials arrive — that second part is usually the longer pole.
No. There is no minimum, no exclusivity and no annual commitment. Bring us one project and see whether we are good to work with.
Whichever of us the client should be calling. Under white-label that is usually you for triage with us behind you; under referral it is us. Agreed before launch, not after the first incident.
Bring us one client conversation
Not a framework agreement — one live opportunity where automation has come up. We will scope it with you, free, and you will know quickly whether we are worth partnering with.
