Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Stratgik collects when you use stratgik.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

Who we are

Stratgik is an AI business systems and automation company. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us about anything on this page at contact@stratgik.com, or through the contact form.

What we collect, and when

When you send us an enquiry

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, company, website, the country you operate in, your team size, the area where work is piling up, and a description of the workflow you want to talk about. You choose what to put in each of those fields.

Alongside the form we record how you arrived: the page you sent the form from, the first page of ours you landed on in that browsing session, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and gclid). We record this so we know which of our own work actually helps people find us. It is stored with the enquiry and is not sold, shared or enriched with data bought from anyone else.

When you use one of the free tools

The calculators and assessments run in your browser. You see your result without giving us anything. If you ask for the detailed report by email, we store the email address you give us along with the answers you entered, so we can send the report and so we can follow up if you want us to.

We also keep an anonymous record of completed calculations — the inputs and the result, with no name, email or IP address attached — so we can see which assumptions people actually use and improve the models. That record cannot be traced back to you.

When you subscribe to updates

We store the email address you give us and nothing else. Every message we send has a working unsubscribe link.

When you simply read the site

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser's user-agent string — which are how any website is operated and debugged. These rotate and are deleted on a rolling basis.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and which are ignored. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google. The consent banner asks before non-essential cookies are set; if you decline, analytics is not loaded. You can also block it at the browser level, and Google publishes its own privacy policy.

Some pages remember small preferences in your browser's own storage — which tab you had open, a form draft. That never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We do not buy contact lists or scrape them, and we do not send unsolicited commercial email.
• We do not use your enquiry to train a public AI model.
• We do not run advertising on this site, so nothing here is tracking you for an advertiser.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Where you send us an enquiry or ask for a report, we rely on your request — you asked us to get in touch, and we cannot do that without keeping your details. Where we analyse how the site is used, we rely on your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time. Where we keep server logs and records of correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and in keeping a record of what we agreed with whom.

Who else sees it

Your data sits on servers we control. A small number of suppliers necessarily touch it in order for the site to work: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Google Analytics as described above. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We do not transfer your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

We work across the USA, UK, UAE and India, and our team is based in India, so data you send us is processed there. Where that involves a transfer out of the UK or EEA, it is done under the safeguards those laws require.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and for up to three years afterwards so we can pick up a thread you started. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymous tool statistics are kept indefinitely, because they contain nothing about you. Server logs rotate within weeks.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose, or object to us holding it at all. You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time without affecting anything else. Ask at contact@stratgik.com and we will answer within 30 days — usually far sooner, because there are not many of us and we read our own email.

If you are in the UK or EU and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, access to the systems holding enquiries is restricted to people who need it, and we keep the software patched. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affected your data in a way that put you at risk, we would tell you.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change materially affects what we do with data we already hold, we will say so rather than quietly editing the page.
