Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first written reply and a 30-minute working call cost nothing. Paid work starts only once scope is agreed in writing, and often begins with a fixed-fee Technology Decision Sprint.
How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day at the latest, and usually sooner during Indian business hours. WhatsApp messages are usually answered the same day.
Do I need to know whether I need strategy, software or AI?
No. Describe what is not working and which systems it touches. Working out whether the answer is a decision, a build, an automation or simply buying a tool is our job.
Is there a minimum project size?
There is no minimum to talk. The budget band helps us suggest the right starting point, and sometimes the honest answer is an off-the-shelf tool that costs less than a week of engineering.
Will you sign an NDA before we share details?
Yes. Send yours or ask for ours before you share anything sensitive. Everything you send through this page goes into our own lead system and is never sold or shared.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes. We deliver for businesses in the USA, UK, UAE and India. The engineering team is in Gurugram and our working day overlaps UK business hours and US Eastern mornings.
Who owns the code, the accounts and the data?
You do. Systems are built in your infrastructure and your accounts, credentials are created in your tenancy, and you can revoke our access at any time without asking us.
