Will customers know they're talking to AI?
We recommend saying so up front. Disclosure builds trust, and in several markets it's required. The agent hands over to a person whenever the customer asks or the conversation needs judgement.
What if the agent gives a wrong answer?
It answers only from the knowledge and systems you approve, and says "let me get a colleague" when it isn't sure. Every conversation is transcribed, and we review failures weekly during Run.
Which languages does it handle?
English, Hindi and Hinglish as standard, plus major Indian languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi, and Arabic for UAE deployments. We test each language with native speakers before go-live.
Does it work with our existing tools?
Usually yes — common CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadSquared), Google and Microsoft calendars, Shopify and Magento stores, and your existing phone numbers via cloud telephony. Anything with an API can be connected.
Where does our data go?
Data stays in accounts you own. We use enterprise model APIs that don't train on your data, mask sensitive fields, and sign an NDA and DPA before we touch customer records.
Why not just buy a chatbot tool ourselves?
You can, and for simple FAQs you should. The value is in the integration, testing and weekly tuning — the work that decides whether a pilot becomes a production system or a cancelled experiment.
